Delivery
We aim to dispatch most orders within 5-7 working days. At busy periods, when we are exhibiting at multiple events, this may not be possible. To avoid disappointment please allow 10 days. If you need your items for a specific date or occasion please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you. Alternatively please see our Events calender and come and see us.
Product Availability and Specifications
Please note that all products are subject to availability. If your goods are not in stock we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with alternatives or the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colours can be a good representation, there will be slight variations due to browser settings. Our colour tones rarely look as good on screen as they do in real life. Our products do evolve as we are constantly looking to improve our designs and specifications. Many of our products have handcrafted elements, and different batches of Suedes and Alpaca and Tagua in the same colour can vary as is common with natural fibres and dyes. We feel this adds to the beauty and originality of our products, however it does mean that we cannot guarantee that the product displayed on-line will be identical to the one you receive. Postage and Packing
At present we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on delivery so please make sure someone will be available at your delivery address.

Privacy Policy
All the details that you give are used by PINGUSH only and never shared or sold to any other third party. We will however, keep your records on file for any future correspondence if appropriate and use the Personal Information you provide for processing your orders, to improve this Website and its services to you and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed using the latest 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. We do not store credit or debit card details. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from PINGUSH.
Remittance Terms
We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice. All goods remain the property of PINGUSH until paid for in full. Our on-line receipt & e-mail order acknowledgement do not signify acceptance of your order. We will check availability, pricing and your payment prior to acceptance and dispatch.
Right of Refusal
If your card issuer rejects payment for your order goods will not be dispatched to you. We reserve the right to decline any order and in all such cases a full refund of any payment made will be refunded directly to the purchasing cardholder's card.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price we maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to the purchaser's credit card account in the value of the incorrect price.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order of products by notifying PINGUSH by email within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.
You may cancel your purchase of products within 7 days of delivery by notifying PINGUSH by email. You must then return the items to PINGUSH at your expense. Please Note: If you fail to take reasonable care our products PINGUSH reserves the right not to accept their return. PINGUSH will refund your purchase price to you in full within 30 days of the receipt of your returned goods. We recommend you use Special Delivery as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our Address. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt. We will refund your postage where goods are found to be faulty.
Please note we can only be reponsible for postage shown on the return packaging.
Our Returns and Cancellation Policy does not apply to products ordered and made to your specification.
If your goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the latest expected delivery date.
Any claims regarding errors in dispatch or invoicing of any Product must be submitted to PINGUSH within seven days of receipt of the advice note or invoice. We may refuse to recognize a claim not made within that period.
